As part of our continuous improvement efforts, ThyssenKrupp Northern Elevator has introduced a number of programs over its history such as Shop Committees, Social/Charity Committee and Suggestion Boxes. These were designed to increase employee involvement in the workplace and to provide a forum for employees to express their views and concerns about the business and the terms and conditions of employment.  Who better to give constructive feedback and work on solutions for better work processes or new employee programs than employees themselves?  We at TKNE also believe strongly in promoting an open door policy. This encourages all employees to communicate directly with their fellow employees, their supervisor or management.
