  Geared elevators are used in mid-to high-rise residential, commercial mid-rise and freight applications. Referred to as geared traction elevators they possess relatively fast, smooth acceleration, energy-saving efficiency, and a hoistway travel limited only by the normally accepted maximum speed to 500 FPM.

Our geared elevator systems are available for any capacity and speeds from 200 too 500 FPM. We are one of North America's most prominent manufacturers of high efficiency geared macines, over speed safeties and governors, and iol cushion buffers. Our control systems feature closed-loop Variable Voltage Variable Frequency (VVVF) Drive systems. microprocessor based logic, and the industry's most complete set of integrated safety features.

Geared elevators with a front and rear door configuration increase flexibility of the overall elevator design. Through-cars assist in the movement of goods furniture, and passengers.
