PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS

 Candidates must have 5 years of supervisory experience in a sheet metal, assembly and shipping environment.  Responsible for supervising a production team; managing production, quality; enforcing all company safety rules and policies; provide training and direction to all staff; liaise with internal teams to ensure production goals are met.

Candidates must have a post-secondary education, excellent communication skills, and hands on experience, self-motivated, effective at troubleshooting, strong customer service and organized; knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality system; strong working knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and/or elevator industry experience, health and safety regulations, strong computer skills with visual mfg and MS office.
